Proven at the finish line and in the gym.

Jamie and Marc have spent years competing at the sharp end of road racing and developing their expertise in strength & conditioning. They've lived both disciplines the early morning track sessions and the heavy barbell work.

MxJ Training is the result: a programme that doesn't treat running and strength as separate pursuits, but as two halves of the same goal making you the strongest, fastest runner you can be.
